I am having difficulty setting it up with google as my search. Since I use google for every thing this computer is a little frustrating. I have found work arounds but this is not to my liking. I would like technical support but have no idea how to get such. Ended up having to "rent" office that works way different then any office program that I have used in the last 12 years. So mostly I have went back to my old chrome book and this has become a pretty pink paper weight that I pay about $8 a month for office that I hate using. If you are technically savvy I am sure it is a great computer. Have a friend that loves it. I am sure I would love it if I had tech support to teach me how to use it. ... show more

Pros: What I'm looking for in a laptop Cons: middle of the keyboard is lifted and not set correctly, USB ports installed too high so I can't use them.

Opened it and noticed it was markedly slower. Looks good but performs terribly. Also the front bezel holding the screen in place is fragile. There are far better options at this price range.
