It's fast, I just got it so far works well for me. Saw where people received laptops that did not have a touch screen. You have to specifically select the touch screen. The way it's advertised makes ordering the touch screen difficult. I discovered this by accident I did not want a touch screen so did not select it. The display is great, very clear and large enough. Very fast, it turns on very quickly. Now for the downside. The mouse pad is too sensitive and the keyboard is too far away from the edge and I find myself hitting the mouse pad by mistake creating errors during my typing. I fought this hard and am still completely frustrated that this item has half of the features that were listed when it arrived. THIS IS NOT A TOUCHSCREEN NOR DOES IT HAVE A BACK LIT KEYBOARD! The company blames it on Amazon and the company literally gave me 40 dollars for my troubles. Seriously doesn’t cover the product arriving without the specified features! But ofcourse had already loaded info in computer and decided to just move on. But after having it for more than 3 months now I am seriously disappointed that it does not have the touchscreen or backlit keyboard. Don’t get if you want these features. ... show more

I have had the Dell Laptop for 8 months. The screen is separating from the keyboard on the left side. I have tried to call Dell, but I have not been able to reach anyone to help me.
