Got the lights today. The construction is very nicely done. They're quite heavy with good heat sinks in the back all metal construction. Standard connector of good quality, they have two extra connectors both of which are positive inputs One is for daytime running light the other is for return signal option if you want. They are DOT certified according to the documentation and it says it right on the housing. These are going in a YJ Jeep Wrangler. If you have one of these this is definitely a great upgrade from stock headlights or any of the junk aftermarket stuff. These lights are not that expensive but the light pattern is really well controlled. It's very bright. I was a little concerned when I saw 6,000k temperature on the box usually that makes it it a nasty purple color. But these are a nice pure white. The low beams have a nice sharp cut off with a little raised section, and the high beams really throw out far. Interestingly when the high beam goes on the low beams stay on also which is not the normal aberration for an H4 bulb. But that definitely helps cover the close stuff and the far stuff. And they overlap nicely with just a very very tiny section that's slightly shadowed. You can see it in the second photograph there. I actually raised the lights a little bit more after this photo was taken. I dropped them a bit when I first put them in because they looked a little high on the side of my garage. But once I started driving around I realized that the light cut off was probably two or three inches below the trunk level of most cars even when I'm parked right behind them. So I wasn't blinding anybody in their rear view mirror or side mirrors. So I raised them up a little bit when I got home and after these photos were taken. Definitely recommend these if you have anything with this type of headlight. If it was used in all the YJ Jeeps. And some newer Chevy cargo vans still use this style of headlight and it would be a really good upgrade for any sealed beam that you're currently running. Purchased for an old 91 Jeep YJ we have to replace and upgrade the stock headlights, the product over delivered expectations. super bright great visibility on Low beam (better than halogen on High) , High beam very bright, great illumination on dark roads, light is very crystal bright, easy "plug n play" replacement for Hi/Lo beam, only thing i did find was i had to hit the backside of the bezel with a sander to remove a little material to make a better finished fit, housings offer a few upgrades like integrated turn signal & daytime running that are very easy to wire in with minimal effort from tracing wires, added a winch and different bumper so the turn signal was a nice feature for driver safety/courtesy , I will see if they offer a Round version for a upcoming Truck project. ... show more

Fit perfectly. Installed in about 20 minutes because I didn’t know how to take my stock headlight out for the first one. The second light was maybe 5 minutes. Shines bright white and good distance out of the box. 10 out of 10 would recommend for anyone on a budget.

Phillips head screwdriver and PB Blaster to loosen rusted screws. Wire cutters, some butt connectors and electrical tape to connect daytime running lights and directionals. Be sure to align them or you will be blinding oncoming traffic. My nephew bought them first. Then I bought mine.

Love these lights been looking for a set of lights that I'm able to see. Factory head lights I wasn't able to see. Every led light are junk. Until I did a bunch of research and Found these head lights. No adjustment. Just hooked them up and drove the truck around. My high beams are higher but I love the way they are l. Haven't ran anyone off the road yet. LOL I will be buying more. ... show more

I got these for 2001 Jeep Cherokee and they made a world of difference. They plug straight into the old harness and work great, I regret not buying them earlier. I also put in the upgrade H4 Headlight harness from KSuspension so that also made a difference. If you want to wire in the turn signals you’ll have to splice a few wires, I haven’t done it yet but may do it in the future ... show more

These headlights are a great upgrade from halogen. They fit perfectly. Very easy to wire the daytime running lights and turn signals. I got the black ones, they look sharp on my 1994 International 4700 box truck.
