I have bought 2 other garden stake packs like these. This one is the best for sturdiness and usability. Good strong point to go into ground and top cap is also useful. They still bent a little when my large dogs jumped over the fencing but my grass is protected from them for the most part. I did use strong steel stakes periodically to add stability to these plastic coated metal stakes. The zip times included were useful and a good bonus other stakes did not have. Will buy again. Easier to install in wet ground. Good value.

If I had seen them before, I wouldn't have bought them, as they are pretty thin. But I got them out of the packaging and built my fence, and the fencepost driver didn't damage but one of them. It takes some extra effort not to bend them when driving them in, but they I think they'll be fine.

I bought these to make a "faux" fence for my two dogs at the rental house I'm in. These arrived secure and were a BREEZE to place into the ground. I've had no problem with them even moving with the 40+mph winds we've been having recently!

We used this product along with deer netting and zip ties to deter the deer from eating decorative trees. We found the stakes went in without any issues like bending. We chose to do the project after much rain, so we did not have to pound on the metal. We were able to step on the attached pieces to press into the soil. The stakes are a good value for the money and for a project like this. Well made.

I would not buy these to use on a permanent basis unless it's for something lightweight, then they would work great! I'm just using for temp fencing until I can get my 6' welded pvc wire installed. They are easy to install but the hooks on them are fairly easy to bend. I had to bend multiple out and others back in. Heavy Duty posts can be purchased for the same price at a local Farm Supply store ...
