Device arrived on time, and as described. There was only minor wear on one corner of the bottom panel of the unit. The screen was in perfect condition along with keyboard having all keys functioning, without any sticking. I also took a look at the internals, and was impressed to find everything in "like new" condition and the fans had been throughly cleaned. Also of note the system arrived with 85 cycles recorded on the battery. The system itself runs flawlessly with the M1 Max chip averaging 80~ under heavy load (think AAA gaming on a mac?!) with fans at 80% of max RPM, and hangs near 40~C when coding and working with local LLM qwen models. The only issue I had with my order was that i ordered a 14Inch M1 Max, 64GB, 2TB and i got a 16 inch instead (Which is a win for me) The laptop came with a protective skin on the body and the display and body were in perfect condition. It fired right up and the battery only had 7 cycles with 100% battery life. Thoroughly impressed. The bad reviews made me nervous but this was an awesome experience. ... show more

Battery state of health is 85% which is fine. Exterior almost looks like a brand new MacBook. And I was able to enroll this at my Apple Care One plan. Such an unexpected peace of mind when buying 4 year old product.

They basically gave me a brand new machine. (Apple certified refurbished). No scratches, no chips, no dings, no warping of the body. Screen was brand new and so was the keyboard. Battery has 100% health. Came with an official Apple 96w charger brick and apple magsafe 3 charger cable. So far this thing is wayyyy better than expected. I wish every refurbed computer came like this. Very Happy! Will update after a few months to let you all know how it's going. ... show more
