I did a lot of research after my 2012 late 27" iMac(lots of upgrades, a fantastic computer) began to fail in October. I'm a retired pro photog, 40yrs, bought one of the first Macs to come out in the late 80 and have been a loyal fan owning several models. The 2021 is the first yr of the M chips and I wanted to be able to upgrade the OS without restrictions and benefit from the SPEED(I'm getting disk speeds of + - 3000mb/s). I bought the 2021 iMac 24", 16GB/1T, and the only thing I was concerned about was the "condition-excellent" and the accessories I'd get and if they were going to be Apple. See a lot of reviews indicating they had not. The iMac arrived early, in a near perfect outer box and... A PERFECT APPLE box inside. Looked brand new, "perfect". Held my breath a bit opened it and to my pleasure every thing inside was just as beautiful as the box. ALL Apple(keyboard/mouse/power brick), everything packed in Apple's carefully designed and well thought out packaging, all without so much as a dust mark, smudge, nothing that said anything but BRAND NEW. I'm in heaven... well not quite and think I'll stay around longer just to be able to use this beauty. ... show more

Great so far! I am a Filmaker. I mainly work in the show industry so I’m working with 4k footage a lot. We will see how well it handles everything:) set up was easy once my Mac keyboard came in. The keyboard they had didn’t work but I didn’t mind. I new Mac keyboard is roughly $150 so those who did get the Mac keyboard count your blessings haha. Great refurbished Mac ... show more

    • Great Condition but No Instruction Manual?
Arrived a day sooner than predicted and was packed great. No damage. The keyboard & mouse are the AAA battery type that I am not fond of but do work fine. I prefer the permanent battery type that is on my older model. The set-up went smoother than I thought since there was no operating instructions. Apple's Migration Assistant moves files effortlessly but took a long time (had a large batch if videos). Now to update some programs and hope my older scanner & printer will work? Maybe just new drivers? These 'problems' are typical of any computer upgrade so not against this one. Fast and wonderful. Love it. ... show more
