  • Inexpensive Motorcycle that is decent
Color: Orange
Value bike that is built by a reputable Chinese Company. I know of some that have put 20k miles on the bike with no major issues. Parts can be sourced from the Amazon Seller. The bike is based on older Honda technologies. Generic parts are available, but you'll have to join website forums and FB groups to research generic parts for the bike. There isn't a repair manual that I've found. So, plan on being your own mechanic and then assemble the bike as a dealer does, do a pre-start oil change, and possibly adjust the valve lash on the engine fairly quickly. The bike is fairly easy to work on, but if you have no mechanical skills, or don't want to gain any mechanical skills, then go spend your money on a newer Japanese bike that can be serviced at a dealer's shop. If you buy it, you will have a lot of fun time riding it, as long as you break it in properly, and keep up with the minor maintenance that the bike requires. No different than it was 50 years ago when Japanese bikes were introduced to America. Except today we have the internet to find the parts and repair info. ... show more

  • Great bike, parts are hard to find.
Color: Blue
I have put 6500 miles on this thing and have ran this bike through dirt, mud, water, and snow, and it still runs like a champ. When things go out like things do Thay are hard to mach up. Right now its my front shocks and I can't find the right size on Amazon to save my life.

  • Great cheap bike
Color: Orange
So to be clear this isn’t the best bike on the market. This bike isn’t very powerful and lacks a bit of the fit an finish you would find on other bikes. That being said this is probably the best bike you can get for 2500 bucks. Where I live on the used market you’ll maybe find a 90s dr300 that’s beat up from its 4 previous owners for a similar price and that doesn’t really compare to this bike. If you want something more powerful you’ll have to spend a lot more money. The bike isn’t terribly underpowered and still is fun for casual riding and maybe even more fun because of how lightweight and forgiving the bike is. I’ve had mine a few months now and have had one issue with an air intake sensor cracking. I’m very pleased with how both Lifan (the manufacturer) and x-pro (the seller) handled it. I was able to call Lifan and get on the phone with a real person within 1 minute, pretty impressive these days and they offered a little technical help so I could figure out what was wrong with the bike. They told me to contact the seller and request a new air intake sensor so that’s what I did. I was even more impressed with the Amazon seller because all I had to do was explain that I needed and new air intake sensor and they are sending one out to me for free with no questions asked within a week or two of me asking. I’m a bit disappointed that I had this issue with the bike but they way x-pro and Lifan handled the situation makes me feel much better and really happy knowing I have a way to get ahold of support when I need it. Again not the best bike in the world but decent build quality, fun performance and great customer support overall makes this bike a great purchase. ... show more

  • Super fun bike but be prepared for work!!
Color: Green
First off, I LOVE this bike. It always gets compliments! I got this bike to learn on, new rider here. I'll start off with shipping. Shipping: Shipping was spectacular. The shipper stayed in contact with me and we worked to establish a delivery window. Then the truck arrived right on time and delivered it into my garage with no issue. They were fantastic. Assembly: This is where you'll run into challenges. The bike needs assembly. The front wheel does NOT come installed, you will need a bike jack and some semblance of mechanical knowdge. The directions are complete trash and are useless. There are effectively zero resourses on the internet or youtube to help. So, you are completely on your own and you need a good understanding of mechanical skill to assemble this bike. Be sure to change the oil before driving it. It took me about 4 days to assemble it. A lot of it comes pre-assembled but still needs a lot of work. After assemebly: Initially, drove great but suddenly wouldn't start. Tried changing the battery, still dead. Had to take it to a mechanic (lost $300) for him to tell me the wire harness wasn't plugged in all the way. So do yourself a favor and remove the fairings and double check the wiring. Driving: While it is only a 200cc, it is super fun. The fastest it'll go is only about 55mph so you cannot take it on freeways. However, it does great both on roads and offroading. The great thing about a bike like this, is that it is 50/50. Cruising in the forest on it is a ton of fun, and it is surprisingly durable for such a cheap bike. I put it through hell on some rocky roads and it held together. Overall impression: For under $3k, this bike is a fantastic deal. I've put 500 miles on mine so far and loving it. While it'll take a lot of blood, sweat, and tears to assemble, it's a great bike to learn on. You definitely learn a lot about motorcycles when you have to build one. It handles really well, lighter than a sportbike. It is surprisingly tall though, I'm 5'8 and I have to tippy-toe this bike. It's also very stubborn when shifting, does not shift well at all. Half the time, I accidentally shift into neutral or the bike won't shift until a few tries. In summary, if you're willing to do some work, you'll enjoy this bike. Great bike to learn on. This bike is street legal, however was very difficult to get plates because it's a chinese manufacturer. Took many phone calls. Also, the bike did not come with screws for the plate. Anyways, have fun and ride safe 🤘 ... show more

  • For a starter or back roads and trails bike it's gr8
Color: Green
Is it a bike I would take up in the mountains for serious enduro. No. Not without some upgrades for sure. But out the door for 2k is a great deal for it. Change a few cheap things out and it'll treat you right. I use it for a farm bike and it's been good to me. U need to break it in correctly tho thats key. It's a brand new motor. Treat it as such and it'll do its job. It's surprised me on some trails. 17 point sprocket, some better tires, change out the fork fluid, and regular maintenance and this bike can surprise u. Also zip tie or fasten the odometer wire to forks better. They hit spokes and mess up wire not a deal breaker. 50 cent fix. ... show more

  • Great budget bike
Color: Orange
I was not expecting such good quality for something that cost $1800. I put about 400 miles or so after break in and the bike is a blast to ride around town. I wouldn’t take it on the highway since top speed isn’t very high and the motor will be screaming. But for a beginner bike to learn and ride around town you can not get a better deal. There is the Hawk as well which is the competition but Lifans quality is subpar. ... show more
