Easy to assemble and seems very sturdy. I put a glass cover on the screen before putting on the cover as added protection because the tablet screen cover is lightweight plastic, which I knew when I purchased but should do a good job protecting.

    • Not compatible with Verizon Network
This is a really nice tablet, however, because it states LTE in the description, and I checked the bands against the Verizon bands, my assumption was I could switch this out with my current tablet which has its own cell number on my Verizon plan. This is not the case, after an hour on phone w/Verizon tech, was told to go to Verizon store for assistance, then told is not compatible with their network. There is a workaround IMEI number for AT&T and Cricket, but not usable for Verizon (per Verizon store service tech). So, unfortunately, I must return it as I don't have a very strong Wifi signal. As I said, it is a really nice tablet, if you have the Wifi or cell provider that supports it, I recommend it. ... show more

Recibí mi tablet excelente en caja sellada sin golpes. El cobertor queda perfecto y aparte de proteger es bastante útil. Mi sorpresa fue ver que junto al cobertor también venía un lápiz para usarlo en la pantalla táctil. Excelente servicio y buen precio. Le quité una estrella porque luego de usarla he notado que se desconecta del Wi-Fi aleatoriamente (mis otros dispositivos no se desconectan) y la mayoría del tiempo el ancho de banda del Wi-Fi anda por 1.5Mbps a 5Mbps lo cual hace imposible ver videos en full HD, rara vez alcanza los 35Mbps, cabe aclarar que esta velocidad lenta solo ocurre en la tablet y no en el resto de dispositivos conectados al Wi-Fi. Este error veo que es común en varias tablets de Samsung, hay varios foros que hablan de ello. ... show more

I am very pleased with the purchase. I almost didn't buy it because of negative reviews saying it was slow, sound too low, this and that. Glad I did purchase it. The sound quality is pretty standard to every other tablet I've owned. The speed is faster than any I've owned. For the price, it was an outstanding purchase. My only complaint is that it is very hard to open the slot tray to insert the sd card. I didn't have the special tool and paperclips did not open it. Hubby gave me a small nail and it actually opened it, though I'm definitely not suggesting to do that. I'm really happy with this tablet. ... show more

The overall quality is good, color exceptional, but the inadequate sensitivity when using a stylus or your finger to use the tablet is sometimes maddening. It hesitates, at times, such that I sometimes have to tap the screen several times to get any response. A major upgrade is necessary to fix this annoying issue. Apparently, this is also a tablet that Samsung has no plans to upgrade to Android 11 and also annoying. Although I've had multiple Samsung devices, their quality is slipping on some devices making me wonder if I'll want to upgrade to any new Samsung Tablets or phones. ... show more

These tablets do anything a cellphone can do except make calls and send text messages. For under $200 that's a bargain. My kids watch videos, I watch cable TV, I can do almost anything my computer can do as well. Very handy, good screen quality and very durable.
