    • Great Laptop ... except for ...
First, this laptop comes with a proprietary charger instead of a standard USB-C charger, but it is USB-C charger compatible if you provide a quality charger with sufficient output. It does claim "faster recharging" with the proprietary charger and it does seem to top off the laptop's power pretty quickly. Other than that the only other real quirk with this laptop is that the power button is exactly where the Delete key is on other keyboards and laptops. I've accidentally put it to sleep several times so far. It doesn't have a touch screen and is advertised as not having one. Other than these few issues it's a speedy little laptop, very light and pretty compact (not as compact as some other ultrabooks but very close, matters of a fraction of an inch in thickness). I bought this to replace an older Ryzen-based notebook and am overall very pleased with my selection. I have owned Acer products in the past and never really had any problems with them. (EDIT to clear up that it will take a USB-C charger, just does not come with one. I did confirm this with Acer support before updating the review. I like most everything about this laptop. What I don't like is it's a Microsoft Laptop. My mail doesn't work with this model, hard to maneuver around things. If I could do it over, I would have gotten a laptop like I had before with just Windows in it. I really don't like this computer, and would never recommend this to anyone. ... show more

    • Sleek, light weight, attractive.
This is my third ACER. It works fine for word processing, but not for video conferencing. The webcam settings cannot be changed, and no matter how good the lighting in the room is, the video is dark and reddish. Other remote conferencing participants comment on the poor webcam quality.
