I needed a quick, inexpensive replacement to my 2019 16" MBP that got water damage from the celiling dripping during one of my DJ gigs, so this baby came in clutch. Even though it's way less in terms of specs it's ironically faster than my "more powerful" Intel. It definitely handles stem technology like it's nothing. It also handles audio editing in logic pretty well. I bought it in "acceptable" condition, I couldn't be more satisfied with the condition it was in. It was a couple of minor scratches, likely from a bag but nothing to complain about. The battery had a max capacity of 88%, but it still lasted pretty good and I'm usually plugged in anyway. The charger was an aftermarket but it works perfectly fine. Coming from a 16-in screen to a 13 is a little drastic but I immediately got used to it after about 30 minutes. After using it for a little over a month now, I'm still very satisfied and I kind of like the smaller form factor especially because I'm always on the move. If you're a DJ, whether new or established it will work perfectly fine. I would recommend a terabyte hard drive for your library, but it's fine. I had a lot of duplicates anyway 😉 ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Bought it in June…… used it very lightly. Always sitting in same spot at a desk. By September display has lines in bottom 1/4 of screen. Disappointed. Hopefully get an exchange or refund. Bought the insurance but they say it’s still covered by seller. Contacted seller. I’m sure it will be handled but I’m trying to finish an online certification program need to get this settled ASAP ... show more

Works good has a dent in the corner that sorta does buT doesn’t effect the screen. It’s light and the battery life is good. I’d say scratch resistance but has a dent in the screen corner

I really didn't know what to expect. A refurbished computer? I was desperate as my previous computer, a late 2011 macbook pro was begging me to put it out of it's misery. The other thing I was worried about was migrating all my data and passwords to the new computer. I simply followed the prompts, hooked my disc drive to the computer and it extracted everything (music program passkeys as well) on to the computer.
