I was looking for a Mac book for my schooling a new Mac book is way to much money for me right now, so the best option for me was to get a refurbished. I was skeptical at first about ordering on Amazon but the reviews looked reassuring. I placed my order and it arrived in 5 days. I am actually so blown away! It has no scratches, it literally looks brand new! It came with a new cord and charging box. The keys did have some residue but nothing a wipe can’t fix. I’m absolutely in love!     • Had the product for 2 hours and experienced power issues!!!
As soon as I received the laptop, I tried to power it on and it didn't work so I thought it was just dead. Plugged it up and it powered on and the battery was full. Strange I thought but okay...That night while I set everything up, It randomly powered off on its own twice and wouldn't turn back on using the power button until it was connect to a power source. I updated the laptop, looked at the battery health and still had battery issues LESS THAN TWO HOURS of having it in my possession. The next day same thing and I woke up to it DEAD then went to plug it in and it read 2%...ten minutes later it read 95% The physical condition of the laptop wasn't bad, it had s little defect on the front but overall, not happy with being sold a faulty computer. ... show more

My dad bought me this MacBook for school, and I absolutely love it. It came with a few slight scratches and bumps, but this is expected when buying a refurbished item. Apart from that, the battery lasts for days, from what I've experienced, and I haven't had any issues with it otherwise.
