Aesthetically, the device has an extremely small dent on the front corner, but is otherwise spotless. Bought this to replace a windows machine. I do a lot of home studio work with 2 interfaces running at 48k and have 12-16 channels going at a time running studio one. So far this unit has kept up with multiple plug ins and not spiking like my previous unit. Also no drivers needed for the hardware other than a usb hub. Pretty solid laptop. Though I thought for some of the information to be vague, I was very impressed with the laptop I received. The blemish is hardly anything on this laptop - you have to look for it and I’m excited to put it to use. Thavk you! Great packaging as well!

    • Got what I expected.
The seller was very responsive in terms of questions on the order. UPS said it was delivered but didn't actually show up until the next morning. Talked to Amazon customer service and the seller (Kanga Supply) and they were patient dealing with the situation. The laptops looked brand new with no scratches or any other cosmetic defects. They came as described on the website. Was kinda bummed at first to see the chargers were not original but it does the job. Arrived well before it was supposed to and the Mac is almost like new. Even came with an Apple charger. Only con is there are a few keys that are slightly brighter but for me it’s not a huge issue. Can’t be too picky

Upon first receiving this product it was like new. I had no issues for months. However after less than a year the battery suddenly died and is no longer charging. I contacted the seller and received an automated message that the Amazon warranty has expired. I have used Apple products exclusively for over a decade, both new and refurbished. I have never had a battery suddenly die even after years of use. These products are not properly refurbished and the seller doesn’t care to make it right. BUY ELSEWHERE! ... show more
