This is my honest review. This review is for the refurbished - Excellent I am very happy with the Macbook Pro that I received. The Macbook Pro looked new with no scratches or dents. At first glance you will think its a new product. The battery health was at 91%. The seller included a charger but I did not use it. I used my own charger to charge it. The Macbook Pro specification is the same as in the description. I received the 2020 M1 13’ inches 16gb Ram 1TB SSD. The screen and keyboard works perfectly so does the touchpad, touch bar and fingerprint sensor. The Macbook Pro had been completely wiped so it was easy to set up. I ordered on July 28 and received at noon July 29. I will be using it a little more and comeback to this review later. I intend to keep it and I don’t expect to have any issues. Finally, I recommend the seller, Prime Renewed Store. I have been looking at reviews for a long time, and its not easy to click the buy button, after seeing so many negative reviews across multiple sellers. I am happy I chose the right seller. This was my first MacBook and I’ve seen all these crazy prices for the new ones so figured why not get an older gen, anyways I always wanted one with the Touch Bar and I found this amazing deal on Amazon from Chrome source, I was a little skeptical at first since I’ve never bought a laptop from the company but as soon as the package came it, the MacBook looked brand new even though that is was used in excellent condition, their were not scratches at all, it does come with a battery charger and everything, I’ve had it for about 6 months and no complaints at all, I would buy another one in the future ... show more

Works super well. Laptop is pretty dirty and has crumbs and stuff all on the screen and keyboard. But overall works great! Some minor dings and scratches that don’t affect anything.

It’s been a LONG while since I upgraded my laptop, I’m coming from a late 2011 MacBook Air with a measly 4gb of ram and 256gb storage which struggles to complete simple tasks without getting hotter than the surface of the sun. I’d been thinking of upgrading for a while. I loved the idea of the touchbar so I wanted one that had it, before buying I was kind of bummed that the newer models didn’t have this feature. Once I learned I could still get the touchbar with the M1 chip (which my iPad Pro also has) I decided to go for it, the prime day price just sweetened the deal so I went for it. NO regrets. With the 16gb ram, 4X what I had, it’s crazy fast. Touchbar is AWESOME! Coming from the old air, this pro feels so premium I can’t believe it’s 5 years old already. For what I do with computers, photo editing, mild gaming, digital artwork, some video editing, I feel this can handle pretty much anything I can throw at it for the foreseeable future. The “excellent condition” renewed is as described, no dents, no dings, a couple fine scratches on the apple logo and a slight bit of wear on the keyboard is about all I can find wrong with it. The power cord provided is very nice, has reinforced ends where a traditional apple cord tends to be pretty weak. The power brick did have some damage, the end somehow got popped part way out but I was able to fix it, it’s working fine. Probably a freak accident. Aside from that, I’m very happy with my purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Amazon renewed store again in the future. ... show more
