I was looking for a Mac to purchase for some entry-level music creation, mixing, production, etc - but also looking for something to just have for typical portable computing things I would find pretty inconvenient on a smartphone. Never owned a Mac before, so the choice fatigue was REAL. I purchased the 512GB storage, 8GB RAM model, and so far it is perfect for what I need. I have high standards for technology and performance, being in the IT field, and this laptop knocks it out of the park. The performance for what you pay for is incredible (and that's not to say this laptop is a budget system). The M1 chip more than keeps up with my audio workflows, multiple applications open, etc. MacOS is so optimized and balanced that you would never notice this device has 8GB of RAM. Initially I returned my first refurbished M1 air and got the new M3 air because I wasn't fully aware of what it was capable of. After using the M3 air for about a week, I realized it was actually TOO overpowered for what I am looking to use it for. Returned it, and got this refurbished M1 air. Bottom line, if you need something for light-to-medium creative work with amazing battery life, build quality, and something that just keeps going and going, this is a perfect choice. On to the refurbishing quality. It's perfect. The battery must've been replaced, because it has 100% health, which is awesome to see on a refurb system. The screen is perfect as well. Not even a micro scratch. Keyboard is perfect as well. All around, the system is like brand new. It was either VERY well taken care of by the previous owner, or the components were replaced to make it resellable. Either way, it's perfect in and out. Charger and cable included were aftermarket, however they are similar quality to the original charger, and work exactly the same. ... show more

I love my MacBook!!! It was shipped so fast, (received it 4 days after purchase) and it’s in wonderful condition. It looks so close to new. The tiniest scratches here and there and just a bit of dust under the keyboard. But honestly I don’t notice them unless I’m looking really hard. I was fairly unsure about how it would end up buying a refurbished MacBook from a 3rd party but I’m glad I did and I feel like I saved a lot of money this way. It works like a charm. The battery health is at 95% which is amazing. I’m treating this thing like my baby from now on lol. I bought the 4 yr protection plan just to make sure I’m all covered too. Absolutely LOVE this computer , it literally shipped within 4 days . It only came with a minor dent but it’s barely noticeable so of course I took a star off of it for that . It works fast, and the condition is great . It’s a perfect computer to do assessments and stuff. I also literally love the quality of it too, both sound and camera is absolutely amazing for its price . This used MacBook Air was an excellent purchase. It arrived with only the tiniest, barely noticeable dent on the top and a minor scratch on the bottom…hardly worth mentioning. Beyond that, it’s practically like new. It made the perfect gift for my girlfriend. The M1 chip makes this thing fly compared to her old Chromebook…everything is fast, smooth, and reliable.
