Great laptop for the price, bought it to work from home during pandemic. Our IT guy was able to set it all up and it's running the same Microsoft apps so I felt like I knew my way around it. Have not had to contact technical support, cant review that. One issue is manufacturers were sending out eblast's at a head spinning pace, I found this to be irritating. I really like this laptop. The size, the touch screen, 360 degree foldable screen, and there is not a lot of added programs that aren't needed. The startup is fast, and the compatibility is great for most programs. I suppose the only negatives are that gmail has not been very compatible and I wouldn't mind a little more memory. Last year, I purchased the Lenovo 100e Chromebook. That thing is amazing and has an incredible battery life. I would take it with me when I'm away from the house since I'm usually always on-call for work. Recently, my work has implemented more mobile device lockdowns and the Chromebook wasn't supported. Windows is supported, so I found this 300e compact laptop. It's battery life is almost as good as the Chromebook, but now I can do so much more since I have a Windows 10 OS. It also has a touchscreen and the top can fold back to make this into a tablet....these are two features that the 100e Chromebook didn't have. This product is functional, but it I wanted to use it for writing. It doesn’t have enough storage for my research & my word documents to be saved. I tried to remove all of the applications that I was not using like x-box, etc. A large number of the “standard” games cannot be uninstalled. I tried using Dropbox to clear the computer of all extraneous documents. It is not sufficient to keep up with a working teacher, and graduate student. ... show more
