it is a really good laptop, very compact and it has really good battery life. Screen looks amazing and the speaker quality is very good. Touch pad can be a little difficult sometimes but i mostly use the track point so thats great. As for the refurbished quality, it is amazing. I cant even tell the laptop is used by looking at it.     • Quality of the product did not meet the standards in the item description.
I have returned this produce due to an inaccurate product description: "- There will be no visible cosmetic imperfections when held at an arm’s length." This is the primary issue. 1. There was a matte black sticker covering the back of the laptop, having this on at all is a big problem. To add insult to injury it appeared it was hastily cut to show the Lenovo emblem on the back, likely during the "renewing" process 2. The screen was visibly damaged from grime on the keyboard and could not be removed. The screen cover should have been replaced as it is very noticeable even when the screen is on. 3. There was significant grime in most cracks on the keyboard indicating they did not even remove the faceplate to do any cleaning whatsoever. To any considering purchasing this product, please do so under the impression that one or more of the bullet points on this listing my be ignored during your "renewing" process. To me what I was delivered did not meet the $400 price tag. ... show more

I ordered this laptop to be something to work with while I am out and about. It is in pretty good condition from what I can see and it works very well. I didn't pay a lot for it, so a few small issues isn't a big thing. It just has some physical wear that is pretty evident. Aside from that, it allows me to be able to work on things that I otherwise wouldn't be able to when I am away from home, which makes things much easier for me. ... show more
