it is a really good laptop, very compact and it has really good battery life. Screen looks amazing and the speaker quality is very good. Touch pad can be a little difficult sometimes but i mostly use the track point so thats great. As for the refurbished quality, it is amazing. I cant even tell the laptop is used by looking at it. ***I am sure we have all felt deceived by companies that advertise a product a certain way and you pay for it only to recieve the item and realize that what they advertised what not at all what you recieved. *** This company advertises this laptop as having a 20 hour battery we were lucky to get 2-3 hours. This laptop should have 2 batteries and only had 1. Also this laptop went into boot mode and would not load windows to allow us to remove our personal information. So now this company has our personal info. If there is anything that makes me upset is a company that clearly deceives people. ... show more

I didn't pay a lot for it, so a few small issues isn't a big thing. It just has some physical wear that is pretty evident.
