Brand new laptop out of the box, microphone never worked. I noticed only when I tried attending Teams meetings. HP support tried re-installing drivers, not successful. They suggested cloud backup retrieval and asked for a 32 GB flash drive to download the SW. I don't know who keeps flash drive handy these days! Since I didn't have it, they suggested using HP support website for the backup and mentioned that there would be charges. What a joke for a 15 day old new laptop in warranty! Microphone doesn't work after about a week or two. Tried troubleshooting it myself and it ended up costing me too much time to return it. It's been two months and Google chrome constantly force closes, and if I try to open more than 2 windows and do a few things at once the entire system lags incredibly bad.     • And in the 3rd month it stopped functioning.
After 3 months of ownership this laptop will not take a charge. It is a USELESS POS, I'm sorry to say. I would not recommend this product nor the seller. It is like an attractive person with no brains. I'm surprised that Amazon would sell such a POOR product.
