I bought this laptop not even 4 full months ago, and surely enough I started having issues with it about 3 months after I got it. Of coarse it happens after I pass the return window. A lot of times it wouldn’t power on, and I opened it up and disconnected the battery the way it said (I shouldn’t have to do that on a “new” laptop), and it worked a few times. I’ve had to do that at least 6 times already. The other day it shut off on me and now it won’t turn back on at all regardless of what I do. I sent it to Apple to have it fixed, over $300. I’m waiting to get it back, guessing the issue mite still continue. Hands down the WORST purchase I’ve ever made on Amazon ... show more

Whoever did the work of refurbishing his computer did a good job. He has been very capable so far. One drawback the battery has been a bit of a drag. It’s a matter of time before I have to replace it. But in today’s market you can’t get everything. Thank you folks.R.M.
