I was so so soooo hesitant at first due to the mixed reviews , but when I tell you all that this laptop is PERFECT ! i’m a communications student in college and I have a lot of software that I need for editing, and this laptop can handle it all so well ! From web design, editing , and so much more . The laptop came with a bit of dust on the screen , and only had 2 MINOR scratches on the edges . You literally can’t even tell it’s scratched on the edge unless you’re inspecting it closely. The speakers work so well, and the mic receives sound so well ! It is PERFECT ! Also , the gold is not really “gold” is like rose gold a bit , and I just love the pretty pink color . The laptop also came in FAST , and was fully protected and covered . I highly recommend this seller . I will be back to update in a couple months if everything is still okay or not. So far , so good ! ... show more

Completely unusable. I bought this for my son for Christmas and it was working for a few minutes but felt really slow. Once he tried to install the system update to allow it to run or actually do anything on it at all, it crashed. From then on out it started randomly shutting down completely and then within 20 minutes of fiddling around with it after taking it out of the box, it was fried. It will turn on for about 30 seconds now before shutting down again it’s not possible to even get past the login screen or open the boot manager. Extremely disappointing ... show more

It has some minor flaws like any used product. It even has two worn-out buttons on the keypad, but one still works. The screen is cracked at one end, but it doesn't interfere with the display at all. The outside is also scratched. I really didn't have time to return it and order a new one because I needed to use it urgently. But so far, it's worked well. I think the only issue affecting its performance is the condition of the keypad. ... show more

My laptop had an issue with the screen rubber gasket being brittle.When I close the laptop it seals tight and very hard to open.I have to avoid closing it which is annoying.Battery doesnot last long.It looks and feel good otherwise but only has two type c port.You will have to buy attachment to use hdmi and usb. Sound quality is good and the screen is vibrant. ... show more

product is pretty much perfect. only thing that didn’t work is the charger (the cord; the block works just fine) that came with it so i had to use my phone cord. It came very fast and it was packaged safely! I recommend that you go for it! 👍
