What caught my eye when looking for a tanning lotion this year was the name of the lotion "Sicilian." I'm 100% Sicilian and don't have a problem getting a nice tan but the problem I find with most lotions is the first time I use them I get a slight burn. Nothing too bad but still a pinkish/red color. The first time I used the "Sicilian" lotion I got a nice golden glowing tan. This lotion smells great, it's not greasy or too creamy and goes on smoothly without leaving your hands full of excess lotion like some of the others. It is a little pricey but a little goes a long way and it's worth it to me. Keep in mind if you have very light skin you should start with sun screen protection until you build up a base tan or you'll definitely burn to a crisp. I also don't lay out in the sun for hours. Fifteen to twenty minutes on each side is good enough for me. I would definitely recommend this lotion for anyone looking to build up their tan to a nice golden glow. ... show more

Which they don't make anymore and that I refuse to buy from E bay for 150.$ I am pleased with the scent, and it doesn't stain so don't ne afraid to use bare hands Applying it. My tan is beautiful! It smells really good. Goes in smooth. I used this for outside. You put this on and then have to use sunscreen. And days your not in the sun it says you can wear. I don’t feel like I got anymore tan than I usually do. I’m have olive skin and tan pretty quick.

I tend to try a different brand each season, and picked this one based on the reviews. Overall, I think it's a good product. No issues, I do wash my hands well after each use, but it gets me nice and tan.

WORTH IT 100%! I don't write reviews unless I have something legitimate to say. I'm a huge fan of this. There are cheaper options out there, but I splurged a tad more, and I am not remorseful of it. I am German/Irish, so I have pretty fair skin. I'm at least 2-3 shades darker after 3 hours in the sun. DON'T FORGET YOUR SUNSCREEN THOUGH! ... show more
