For the price this will work for me and I'm happy with it, but there are flaws buyers should know about before purchasing. So I'll start with the bad: - Definitely doesn't hold anywhere near 200 bottles unless maybe they're all narrow Sauv Blanc bottles. This is not an issue for me as I knew this from reviews so bought it hoping to get 100-125 bottles into it, and I was able to do that. It's currently holding 97 bottles and I could maybe squeeze in another 20 if they're narrow -Shelves are too close together. Standard Pinot Noir and Chardonnay bottles really don't fit except in the large sections at the top and bottom. Cabs that come in the wider bottles definitely don't fit. I squeezed a few Pinots into the regular shelves but I have to pull out the shelves very carefully and hold up the shelf above, and it still rips off the label. With the space at the top and bottom, the shelves could be spaced further apart. Even a few mm would make a big difference. This is going to be a pain anytime I want something from the Pinot shelves. -It came with only 2 rubber "feet" attached. The other 2 were bare screws sticking out the bottom, and the box doesn't cover the bottom of the unit. Before realizing this we scratched deep divots in the floor trying to move it to the place where it would sit. It makes no sense why it would be shipped and delivered with screws sticking out the bottom. Luckily we decided to take off the box before moving it very far and found that the other 2 feet were in a bag inside. -To attach the handle you have to pull back the seal on the door. It's incredibly difficult to do without damaging the seal. Now the good: -Very quiet. Compared to the smaller wine fridge I replaced, this unit is virtually inaudible when running. -Cools down quickly and so far seems to hold a consistent temp -Aside from being too close together, the shelves are nice. The wood looks good and the shelves slide in and out smoothly. -Overall it looks classy ... show more

Arrived well packaged and secure. Easy to setup and level. Waited the 24hrs before plugging in and unit reached desired temperature levels quickly. Lots of space to load bottles with the lighting system making it easy to read the labels.

Product is great. Easy to put the handle on. Also easy to balance. The only reason why I am putting 4 stars is because the delivery. Not sure if it was because I ordered through Amazon but I was holding the door open for the delivery guys and they left it in front of the door and said “There you go!” And left. I was ready to tip them heavily for moving such a large item. Instead my husband and I had to go to Home Depot and buy a furniture dolly and move it inside ourselves. It was not easy. The last time we ordered for another house - we ordered from a company directly and they brought it in. So this is not a negative on the product - but on the delivery. ... show more
