I had multiple problems with this tree first my star didn't have a large enough hole so I had to cut one myself in order to fit it by the time I did all of that all the glitter was coming off and it was somewhat squished because it's weak plastic. There was a huge gap in the middle of my tree where there was no branches and it was too big to just cover up with decorations so I ended up putting the merry Christmas right there instead of putting it up closer to the star like it is in the photo. Also the tie they provide is too weak to hold so I ended up using a rubber band overall it's weak and not worth the $20 ... show more

    • Craft project, not ready made.
When i order Christmas decorations, i like them to be assembled. If i wanted to have a tree branch, decorations and a planter and a piece of burlap, I'd go to a craft store and make it myself. This is ridiculous and nothing like pictured.

I bought this for my mother who is in a nursing/rehab facility. I assumed the tree would be assembled when I purchased it (my fault) but 4 of the red ornaments were broken, 2 of the pinecones were missing the string to hang them. The tree base is wobbly and I'm worried it's going to fall or topple over when I take it to her. The holidays are hectic period, but when you have an ill parent in a facility and your running around trying to get everything done and visit with them during 'COVID" hours. Sitting down to assemble a tree was the last thing I really wanted to do. I can't say that I would purchase this item again. ... show more

This tree is actually pretty impressive when you look at it. From a distance, it looks like a real tree. The lights are super bright. Easy to assemble. I have two minor issues: Issue number one, it’s not sturdy. The plastic pot that it comes with is light plastic. It weighs almost nothing. So, if you bump it even slightly, it falls over and some of the decorations fall off. Issue number two, there were three bulbs that I couldn’t hang because either the string was missing, or the string was broken...same with two pine cones. The value of the money is fair. It’s not a top notch product, but I wasn’t looking for something elaborate. It’s okay because I like it anyway. ... show more

    • Not a great experience
Upon arrival, the tree looked very hopeful. While assembling, I noticed that some decorations were broken and the electrical switch seemed to be broken - the tree was lit in all switch positions. The only way to turn the lights off was to take the batteries out. Despite all this, I still tried to use it, however it fell apart the first time I lifted it. So, I ultimately threw it away. Do not waste your money!!! This tree is cheap, it looks terrible and is un Sturdy. No wonder why they say no returns. I did not know this when I ordered. The star for the top of the tree does not even have a hole in it to be able to add to the top. Extremely disappointed. Bahhh humbug to the people selling this product. ... show more

This tree is just adequate! The pine needle branches are 3 different types ! The dark green makes the tree look fake ! I did decorate with what was sent ! Star had no hole in it make your own ! I was disappointed in this tree! No time to return for what I need !

It is a pretty little tree! Lights are bright (3 AA batteries). Took time putting together but if you like arts/crafts you will enjoy. It compliments my room (recommend for an office desk or give to a Senior Citizen to brighten their day! )
