Update on broken poles. I was finally able to find the contact info for the company. I messaged them and by the end of the day they messaged back saying they would fix the problem. I told them I needed 4 poles that broke and they sent me a complete batting cage that arrived within 2-3 days. I bumped up from 1 star to 4 stars because not sure how long the new poles will last. But if you are getting this for a smaller kid (probably under 13 or 14) then it should last at least a season or 2 maybe more. But I would take it down while not needed between seasons as it will rust pretty quickly. I bought the batting cage for my 8 y/o daughter on 13 May 2025. In Oct 2025 I had 1 section of 4 poles that broke. The batting cage was not up during any storms. There is very bad rust at each joint like the pipes were not rated to be outside. Out of the 5 months I have had the batting cage, it has only been up for about 2-3 months due to me having surgery. I contacted Amazon customer service and they said the company would send out 4 new poles. It has been over a month and no poles have arrived. I contact Amazon again today and now they are saying they cannot help because the return window has been closed since June. The product states that there is a 2 year warranty on the batting cage. I have not been able to find any contact info to contact the company for replacement parts. But if it has a 2 year warranty like stated on product page then they should either refund my money or provide parts that broke.

My son helped me put this up, but I ultimately did the bulk of the work myself. Having a couple extra people to help would make it a lot easier. Remember your measuring tape to space out the legs. It is packed away for winter now, but we will put it back up in the spring and hopefully make it more stable
