Before attempting to file a claim, I tried all of the trouble shooting tips on YouTube & internet to resolve my problem. I started a claim through the Allstate process then the next step was making a phone call to someone that did not speak clear English and had a lot of background noise. She wanted me to attempt all of the troubleshooting tips I had already tried, then wanted me to look for information on the packaging box when had already been thrown away, then wants me to go to my Amazon purchases, etc. and that's when I had enough. I'm elderly and have a 90% hearing loss and have little patience. Not worth the hassle for such a small purchase. I've requested a refund for my warranty cost for 4 devices via email to Allstate. I should have known better..........

The headline says it all. I needed to update our Firestick and so got the newest and best and it fits our needs. I have one complaint though: the remote has 4 pre-set buttons: for Netflix, Prime Video, Peacock (or is it Max?) and DirecTV; I don't have DirecTV and so that's a wasted button.

Update: They finally replaced item and with a "LIKE NEW" product. I still do not recommend! I did not purchase a "LIKE NEW" item, so why is the replacement a "LIKE NEW" item??!! Don't purchase! They try to blame everything but the item itself as being the problem! Waste of $$!!

I checked the box to add the 3 year warranty to my new Firestick, but I got charged twice. I went to the Amazon website and requested a refund of the 2nd charge, which I received promptly. However, they also refunded the first charge on the next day, so I assume that I don't have the 3 year warranty.
