Extremely upsetting - and the word "electric" should not be found anywhere in the description. UPDATE: The company realized the error in the description and changed it. This item is so cheap that they include extra parts with it. It broke within minutes of use. Seller refused to provide a return shipping label until I contacted Amazon. Then they refused to refund the full amount that I paid.

Very poor quality, reverse didn't work the first time I used it, after less then one hour, I tried to move spots and it wouldn't turn off, and only worked on high.
