Took about 30 minutes total all you need is a hairdryer get the corner nice and hot and then use their picking tools to get the glass pieces out scrape all the old adhesive off gently but thoroughly, Drop in new lens get it nice and hot again and press down firmly with your thumb use their rag, clean up the surfaces and you’re done. Excellent replacement for the iPhone XR camera glass. The adhesion is sticky and won't come apart once installed. The tools are cheap plastic and a little hard to use, but they do the trick. I would recommend buying a separate (higher grade) X-acto knife and a small metal pick to breakup any shards you cant get with the tweezers. ... show more

The actual effort to replace was a bit difficult but eventually Was complete took about 45 minutes to an hour. After about two weeks was broken once again, and I noticed the glass was a thin cheaper glass. Now they replacement glasses broke about another month later I think I'm gonna just go get it professionally repaired because my camera is now damaged because of the glass so it's up to you if you will choose this product that's all I can say ... show more
