These are very sturdy and thick. As someone else pointed out they do arrive kind of out of shape since they are "folded" to fit into the box. All I did was put them in the dishwasher on the top rack and they came out round, not that they were that misshapen in the first place. My babies don't chew on them once they are finished and one is a constant chewer on his toys at least. Put the peanut butter (or what every you use) around the top of the bowl which keeps the bowl wobbling more than the middle, it keeps them occupied a little longer. Oh my goodness. I have used lick mats in the past as my frenchie is high strung and is highly active. The lick mats work great! I saw these and knew it would take the lick mat to the next level. I usually try to freeze them to make him work a little harder. These are great because they are always wobbling. They last longer than just a regular lick mat and my dog is POOPED after. Reasonable price for a two pack. I'm sure you could find some where cheaper but otherwise great product. Also very easy to clean I usually put either wet food, yogurt, or PB in these with a mix of other things and I either hand wash or dish wash with no issues! ... show more

My dog is a chewer and these didn't last long. I had to keep cutting off the jagged edges and finally gave up all together. We put peanut butter on them and froze them to keep the dog entertained. They were great at first but then we had to throw them away. If my dog wasn't a chewer these would have been great. ... show more

I bought these for my two chiahuahua mix dogs who eat like they've never tasted food before. These bowls work great! I feed fresh food, so I put it in the bowl and then smoosh it as much as I can all along the edges and sides. This encourages them to slow down, and have to lick their food. They finish the bowl quickly, but then they lick it clean for the next 10 minutes!!! Adds a good amount of time to their meal time and helps relieve anxiety and boredom with the licking. We do have to take them away after a while, as one of my dogs will try to chew on it after about 10 minutes. We love these! ... show more
