This resistance bands are so great to exercise at home or while traveling. Really glad for the handles that help immensely to hold the band as while exercising. My wife and I use them with the handle that help when stepping on the band to stretch for stability and comfort. The Relaxgiant brand package comes two bands, they are different resistance levels.
