I have had my note 8 now for 3 years, maybe 4. Anyway, ever since it first came out. I purchased the first screen protector from the Verizon store and it cracked with a few weeks. I should add, I am a carpenter by day, and a mechanic by night. I put my phone through hellish abuse. In addition to a good case, this screen protector has kept the phone in almost new condition. I will occasionally crack a screen, but by buying them in twos, when I put the last one on, I simply order another. I tried, about a year ago, a different protector that said high tempered glass, the package said tempered glass, and it was nothing more than plastic sticker. Honestly, I was furious that it was that misleading. It was so far from glass, I was able to ball it up into wad of plastic that looked like a ball of saran wrap. Seriously ,it was crappy plastic. Was not even able to get it on the screen. since it was rippled. These protectors however are awesome. Will buy them for however long I have this phone and will without question buy them for my next phone , providing they make one for it ( no idea what my next phone will be). I don't trade up phones like some do. I use them until they are dead. Thanks to these protectors, I am sure it has allowed this phone to keep on living. ... show more

REVISED: THIS MAY HAVE BEEN DUE TO MY NOT PUTTING IT ON RIGHT OR SOMETHING THE FIRST TIME. BUT, WHEN I PUT ON THE OTHER ONE...MY PHONE FEEL AND HIT MY "STAINLESS STEEL TOP OF MY WATER BOTTLE" THE SCREEN COVER CRACKED, HOWEVER IT "PROVIDED MY PHONE SCREEN"! NOW THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT! I JUST MY 2ND ORDER ON FRIDAY. *IF YOU WANT TO REALLY PROTECT YOUR PHONE SCREEN, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ONE"!!     • Phone is virtually unusable now
POOR sensitivity. I'm a big guy, not light on the touch, but I have to really squeeze of TAP the phone sometimes now. I don't want to go without a screen protector, but I have to find something else. This is unusable. It stands off at the edges rather than wrapping around, and doesn't have good sensitivity near the edges. I hear it rattle against the glass screen in the center when I tap the screen too. Junk. My 6-year old, top quality brand screen protector (will Amazon let me say Zagg?) fit all the way over and around the edges, and it worked perfectly. Sadly, it finally came loose the other day, and they don't make one for my Note 8 any more so I bought this. I'm not paying thousands for a new phone, and I hate the plastic that scratches, drags your finger, and doesn't provide protection from screen cracks. Guess I'll have to play with the trash brands like this to find something acceptable that fits and works on an old Note 8. ... show more

    • Saved my screen.
I love this screensaver. I dropped my phone and instead of my screen cracking just the screensaver did I was so happy. Much cheaper to get a new screensaver put on then have to deal with a cracked screen on my phone or buy a whole new phone. I don't understand the negative reviews of saying this screen protector cracked. Would you rather it have cracked your screen? A screen protector protects your screen hopefully from cracking duh. And in my case it saved my phone two for $10 you can't go wrong. ... show more

    • Screen protectors do not stick well to the phone
The shipment and packaging was great. Easy to install without touching the part between the glass cover and the phone. unfortunately, I had to use both screen protectors in the package as the first one after letting it sit for 24-hours before using the phone would not remain stuck to the phone. This is due to the screen protector only being secured to the phone at the round edge points of my Note 8. The 2nd screen protector is a little better as I put a heavy book on top of the phone overnight to see if this would help with the screen projector sticking to the phone. It worked well for about a week and then started peeling up on the left and right side of the screen, not the top or bottom so I'm constantly applying pressure to both sides of the screen to make it stick. This of course makes the touch screen not very responsive at all. I will probably look at trying a different glass screen protector manufacturer. ... show more

Went to replace my cracked screen protector with the 2nd one to find that my actual screen was also cracked. First 2 pics are the actual phone. Then with a new screen protector and you can see it's under the covered part. Last pic is with the thin phone cover installed and there is no part of the phone that's exposed. I would think it should have protected it? I replace these 3-4x a year and had many protectors break along the edge but never has it damaged my phone under it. ... show more
