We use these to hold the dock lines on the bow and stern of our boat. We like to have the lines already on the cleats on both port and starboard sides. Overall these are decent but a string pulled away from the bad my second time using it. The bag still works if you hold it in your hand but can no longer be strung over my shoulder.

bought 2 for the kids snorkle gear. they do the job, and big enough the kids can toss their stuff in real fast much easier than the bags their gear came in.

We are avid scuba divers and typically take our large dive bags with us on the boat. But a trip out of the country found us modifying the way we traveled with our gear. Since the dive resort had lockers near the boat, we needed a simple bag to carry our masks, spit for our masks, and other random items. These bags worked perfectly.
