These bluetooth speaker headbands are incredibly comfortable. I sleep in mine, can't even feel the speakers on my ears. Sound quality is EXCELLENT! They were super easy to pair with my phone. I use mine to help me go back to sleep when I wake up with my nightly bouts of insomnia. I slip on my headband, turn on a deep sleep frequency music channel, and I'm able to drift back to sleep in less than 10 minutes. This is a first for me after years of every other intervention imaginable. These fit my almost-child-sized head without slipping off, and bonus (!) stay exactly where I put them on my ears. The battery is USB-C rechargeable, and lasts me a week of nightly use (4-6 hours per night) before I need to recharge. I have zero complaints about these headbands. They work exactly like I wanted, are easy to set up, sound great, are affordable, are comfortable, and are useful to either entertain me or help me go to sleep without bothering my husband happily snoring away next to me.

Very comfortable for side sleeper. May be too warm come summer but good for now. Sound quality is good. Block the sounds from husband's CPAP issues and the TV if on. Only issues are the speakers slide about while sleeping so if wake up have to readjust and occasionally the controls for on/off/volume are slow to respond. Good product for price.

The media could not be loaded. I got these for my senior trip coming up where i have to share a room. CANT sleep without music by the way. Incredibly comfy, I have a huge head and they fit comfortably. Size isn’t an issue, sometimes they do slide down my forehead but I use a bonnet so it stays on while I sleep. I currently have it on, I’ve had it on since 6pm and it is currently 2am. Battery life is great. The buttons on the headband it’s self kind of suck though.. Must say, I’ve never had earbuds in for 8 hours without it hurting before. I can’t hear anyone with them on either! I was definitely worried about the reviews, and I’m not sure how they’d hold up using them strictly to sleep. If you need some sneaky headphones for work, this is for you amazon workers ;)

I tried a number of solutions for headphones I could comfortably wear in bed. I have limited time for listening to podcasts so I like to listen as I fall asleep. Everything was uncomfortable and even injurious. Over head headphones fall off, can't be used while side sleeping, and leave my hearing off the next day. Ear buds definitely injured my ear canal and it took weeks to get back to normal while I worried the damage was permanent. Open-Ear bone conductance headphones get knocked off because the headgear floats around the skull and they need to be positioned perfectly to work well. Under pillow speakers also have to be perfectly positioned and sound muffled. Enter the Sleeping Headphones Headband Headphones. It takes some effort to get the speakers properly positioned but after that you forget you have them on and can move completely normally in bed - back, side, stomach. They have all the necessary controls; on/off, volume, next/previous. They sound clear and fine with voice reproduction but they do not produce audio with good fidelity. Very narrow bandwidth good only for voice. For my needs that works perfectly. Also they are very affordable!

Not a very good first impression. There is virtually no instruction for setup. No explanation as to what the buttons do. No word for even the most basic need: how to turn it off or on. Or how to tell if it’s already off or on. The speakers are locked in and cannot be moved or adjusted. They are “almost right” but do not quite sit properly over my ears. The band does fit my rather large head snuggly but comfortably and I do think it will remain in place while sleeping. It paired quickly and easily. I have no plans for anything other than white noise, or similar, fed from an app through iPhone. The sound is good, and plenty loud but not painfully so. I’m a side sleeper and tried them out lying down on my very firm orthopedic pillow. The speaker on my ear gave no discomfort at all from pressure on my ear or the rather loud white noise emitting from it. I’m unsure if I will keep the bands, mainly due to the simple fact that the vendor couldn’t be bothered with including basic instructions, even the most basic on how to turn it off or on. I wonder what the chances are of getting a response from the vendor.

I have insomnia. Normally, at home, I put a movie on my phone that I’ve seen a hundred times to put me to sleep. But I was traveling for three weeks with a friend and needed a solution! These are perfect. No one but you hears anything. I was able to put them on paired to my phone and follow my normal routine and she heard nothing. And they are comfortable and the speakers easily adjust to where your ears are. I mean these were a life saver on this trip. And the sound is amazing. Don’t hesitate. Buy them.

My parter liked listening to podcasts to go to sleep, that kept me awake, so the headband speakers were our innovative compromise. I’m not able to hear sound from the headband unless my ear is on top of his and the sound quality + construction is A+. Additionally, he’s a side sleeper and they haven’t disrupted that due to the low profile of the headband. After 3 months of consistent, nightly use. They’ve never died, but he’s added charging them every morning to his morning routine.
