    • Nice Strap Wrenches
I mainly got these for my big aquarium. The bulkheads on the back of the tank become loose after a while and I start getting salt creep as a result. It's a saltwater tank. I don't have any wrenches big enough to tighten the bulkheads. The only tool I've had to be able to tighten these are a pair of channel locks. I don't like using them for this because if I slip or don't grab the bulkheads properly they will scratch the bulkhead. It will start the stripping process of the bulkhead. This is where strap wrenches come into play. I can make them as big as I need. There are two strap wrenches in this pack. A small one and a big one. These are exactly what I need for the bulkheads. I like the rubber on this Earth nice and thick and the ridge for to catch on is sturdy enough to keep it in place while using it. A nice addition to my tool kit.

Don't care what color it is. But being pink it might be less likely to walk away on it own. Regardless, I am replacing my 20 year old straps that have finally begun to have the rubber crack from age. My old ones had to have the strap threaded through the handle to get a tight grip. They were a pain but I didn't know there were other options, because they worked, ok. These are a huge improvement. Easy to adjust and they hold super tight. No oil filters yet but I used them to dissassemble a multi piece flag pole that wouldn't budge. Simpe and easy to make short work of. Hanging right now on my tool wall. Actually like that they are easy to spot. ... show more
