These flashlights are so cool, they are a good weight that feels sturdy but not heavy and have a tactical look to them. The best part though is all the different light options and features, the way you can focus the light beam is really useful and the lantern feature is so cool, I have never seen it on a flashlight this shape. So far, these little lights seem like a great value. I got them to help me see where I’m going when walking to my blind or stand in the dark, and they do the job perfectly. I like that you can adjust the beam to narrow in on what you’re looking at. The red light helps preserve night vision once it’s lights out, and (in theory) won’t be as likely to disturb wildlife. Was great for the dark sky park, but wasnt durable over time. Just ensure you'll never drop it and it works great and stores away super tiny. The adjustability of the beam was great, and helped our treks back and forth from the viewing field to the campsite not end in disaster while also not disturbing other stargazers. ... show more

E2: Replacement seems more reliable, and is working fine after a few weeks. 👍 E1: Seller contacted me immediately after I submitted this review and issued a full refund AND is sending me a replacement. Good experience, and I'll try and remember to update again after I've had the replacements for a bit. ------------- One is already dead after less than a month. Tested the battery - battery is fine. Sometimes it turns on, then it won't and you have to take the battery out and reassemble it before it'll turn on again (and even that isn't a sure thing). Wish it was better quality because I love that it's NOT multi-colored (having only red light of reasonable brightness) and the size is great. ... show more
