The first order I received was missing items but I put in a return request and was shipped a 2nd order. This one had all the parts. Assembly instructions were just pictures and fairly easy to follow. It works as it should but just need to remember that these are made of plastic but I purchased to use them under my bathroom sink for all the stuff I don't use regularly. I did forget to place the cups that are included to hang of the side. I don't think I need those. They don't wobble and if I am careful not to pull out the "drawers" to far these should work great. I'm not sure they are worth the price they are not a rip off either.

The media could not be loaded. These are a bit wobbly and unsturdy, but I love that they increase the storage capacity underneath the sink. Be careful how heavy you load the top shelf, as it can topple over if there is not enough weight on the bottom shelf. I felt safer bracing the shelf with one hand while opening the shelf with the other, which is not always ideal, but for this price point its very nice. I could see these having many uses throughout the house.

This review prompt asked me about "suction power" but there was nothing suction-y about this product. The walls/edges of both the upper and lower shelves are very low so if you have any unsturdy products or they get bumped things will fall off. I ended up moving these to the cabinet in my daughter's bathroom and just use them to store extra random things that I don't have to reach for very often - paper product backstock mostly.

Perfect for using on the left and right side of under sink cabinets. This is the ideal pack and comes with metal support poles, adjustable feet to prevent rocking, and pull out shelves that work great. This totally revamped our under kitchen sink and has been incredibly useful to improve functionality. Easy to assemble, look amazing! The added sets of small hooks are great for hanging small brushes and sponges and such off the sides. Holds a ton and is tall enough that bottles actually fit, unlike other organizer's we've tried. 10/10 - absolutely no complaints.

Just slid this bad boy under my sink, and let me tell you, it's like finding extra pockets in your cargo shorts – a delightful surprise. Assembly? A breeze. I didn't even break a sweat, and that's saying something. Each tray offers a generous helping of space, making it a cinch to stash away all my under-sink paraphernalia. The trays glide smoother than a buttered up hockey puck on ice, which is pretty slick. Now, the plastic does have a bit of a "could've had a V8" vibe – a touch on the flimsy side, but it's holding up. Noticed the bottom tray's playing it cool, keeping a lower profile than the top, which I guess adds a bit of character. And, drumroll... it's a space-saving wizard. If under-sink chaos was a movie, this organizer just won best supporting actor. 👍 Overall? It's a solid 4 out of 5 stars from me. Not the hero we deserved, but the one we needed to tame the wild under-sink frontier.
