I started taking it immediately when my order arrived, I have given it over a week and according to some reviews which I believe may be biased, it’s supposed to work straight away. In other reviews they say two months or more. I’m on enough supplements as it is, in addition to that I took it to my pharmacy MD call mom and he pretty much in a nice way told me to not to waste my money, and no way is it going to help my adult ADHD better than the Vyvance /Adderall (my psychiatrist and I have a program where we alternate) which I have been on and took a break.
