I've missed out on some photos due to only having 1 battery for my Canon EOS 80D, but now with extra batteries I can ensure I always have a full battery ready. These have about 40% more capacity (1865mAh vs. 2600mAh) than the battery that came with the camera. The batteries look exactly the same as the Canon LP-E6N, and they fit in the camera and lock in place. I'm not sure why the Canon is 7.2V and this one is 7.4V but the camera works fine with either brand of battery. The included charging base that has the capacity to charge both batteries at the same time, and looks nicer than Canon's single battery charging base since it has a display that shows the charge amount instead of a blinking LED. It has the option for either USB C or Micro USB, but it doesn't say in the instructions if you can have them both plugged in at the same time for faster charging, so I'm guessing that's a bad idea. The charging time with a 2A USB plug adapter was really slow, and took about 8 hours to fully charge, and it seemed to make no difference charging 1 or 2 batteries at a time. So, even with additional batteries you have to plan ahead and make sure you keep them charged up.

I am an amateur photographer and I take a lot of pictures so I'm constantly running down my camera battery's. I use a Canon 90D and these Lp-E9 batteries are a perfect fit and look almost identical to my Canon battery. In this kit you get 2 batteries and a charger which helps me to always have a charged battery available. The charger is light weight and fits in my kit, it doesn't feel as good quality as the charger that came with my camera so I'm not sure how long it will hold up, but time will tell. I do like that the charger has a display screen that shows the charging status of both batteries which is a one up on the charger that came with my camera. In addition to the charger, it comes with a small Type C to USB cord for charging, its only about 6 inches long so I had to plug it up to my computer USB port to charge the batteries. I wish the cord was a little longer so I can use a cube adapter to plug it into the wall so I won't have to use my laptop for charging that's why I only able to give 4 stars. In regards to charging, it took roughly 3-4 hours for both batteries to fully charge which is not bad for off brand batteries. I noticed that neither the charger or the batteries got hot while charging which was one of my concerns with this since they are not Canon brand items. I am still on my first charged battery and after a little over 2 hours of non stop picture taking, the battery is still about 60% charged. Overall I find the 2 pack LP-E6 batteries and dual charger a good value for the money and highly recommend, especially if you are a photographer that goes through a lot batteries while out and about taking pictures!

One for one fitment on these batteries with a great charger that in my opinion exceeds what Canon does with their OEM chargers. These batteries charge quickly and work well in my canon cameras. I have multiple canon bodies that these batteries work with and each of them works great with these batteries. The USB-C charger works really well in ensuring that the charger can be connected to different power sources. The price point was on par with what I’d expect. Not much more to say, these are good affordable batteries that will serve you well for years to come.
