These batteries seem to be what they claim—5.0Ah or close to it—in contrast to many other sellers of similar equipment who greatly exaggerate the capacity, so I appreciate the honesty. I like that the charger is very similar in shape to the original Milwaukee charger and that it charges both original Milwaukee batteries as well as other Milwaukee-compatible replacements, not just the ones that come with it. Obviously, it's too early to draw any conclusions about longevity, but at half the price of the original Milwaukee set, I'm inclined to take the risk.

Not quite OEM quality, but for two batteries and a charger, you really can't beat these. Longevity tbd, but they work great so far. Two things to note: 1) These 5ah batteries are LITERALLY IDENTICAL to some generic 6ah batteries I have from another brand. I'm pretty sure all of these knock-offs are made in the same factory... 2) These (just like my other generic batteries) do NOT clip into my Milwaukee (toolbox style) shop vacuum. They work just fine with it, but refuse to "snap" in like the OEM batteries do.
