If you want to heat small amounts of water, this is good.
Great for small bodies of water - like a cup, kettle, dish bucket, etc. The listing says something about a hot tub, but I'd be skeptical of that - if only because you really should stay with this, so it is like watching water boil. The time it would take to heat up that amount of water would make me doze off. Follow the instructions and you're golden. Here's the real conundrum with this style of water heater: f you have access to 1000W of AC power, you have a thousand ways to heat water at that point. It would be more helpful as DC/12V for use on the go. There is a narrow band of use cases for which this makes sense. I recommend.
