Got this a few months ago and have barely used it. It's soooo slow. Sometimes apps don't load at all and I feel like I've gone back in time to when the internet was new. The loading screen just keeps spinning or it tells me that the app isn't responding. You don't say? Let's see positives? The blue case is pretty and does a great job of protecting this piece of electronics. In fact, I highly recommend THE CASE. ONLY the case. To be fair, I haven't contacted anyone to troubleshoot it but since I only use it for an hour or two once a week, I don't think there's anything to fix. Look, be smarter than me. It looks good when you get it but when you start using it is when it shows how it really is. It won't load my videos and it has nothing to do with my internet. It takes forever for it to turn on.
