The media could not be loaded. I have only made 10 or so cups so far but WOW! So simple to set up and use. Warms up very quickly and works perfectly. The rate and ease which I can create my cups now is well worth the cost of this press!

I thought the instructions were confusing, I ended up having to watch a youtube video to figure out how to set the temperature. The book says to push the button for 6 seconds but fails to mention the part about tapping on the screen. It was cheap so I guess I can't complain too much. I set mine at 185 celsius for 200 seconds.

Love the dial, adjusting settings are quick. I removed one of the cross braces to extend the tension arm out. Loading and unloading far easier now.
