I ordered this for myself for Christmas and am super happy to have a good hair straightener for the first time in my life! I am not a girly girl and don’t have the patience to do hair and makeup for more than about 45 minutes at most. I had a straightener I had bought literally 15 years ago and was on the market for a new one. I wanted ceramic ... something sleek and functioning for a good price. This is great. I use it at 284 degrees, it warms up literally in a few seconds, no joke. I tried to make a curl with it and oh my, those were the best curls I ever made. It has a on and off button, a + and - button for the temperature. The buttons are out of the way, the straightener is easy to hold and a good rounded shape to make curls.     • Great straightener for a reasonable price
This is a great straightener for the price it heats up extremely fast and is easy to operate. You can even program a specific temp to it's memory so that when you turn it on it you push the m button and it heats up to that temp. It also cools off rather quickly as well. It glides over hair smoothly and if you don't use huge hair sections you will only have to pass over one time. I tried curling with it however it seems to pull and make the curls kinked sometimes.     • Great product but died after 14 months
I absolutely love this hair straightener. It heats up quickly and the digital display is great. It also never pulled on my hair. However, after 14 months, it literally stopped working. It would turn on, the digital display flashed as usual, then quick shut off. Tried other outlets and it did the same thing. I did end up finding another one for less than I purchased this one for. I didn't realize how much I needed a new flat iron until I started using this Wazor flat iron. I love it. I have fine thin hair and it is so nice to have a variety of settings to choose from.     • Lightweight and good for the price if you like a small barrel.
Not a bad product for the price, especially if your hair may be shorter. I wish the plates were a little longer because my hair is long and I think I need a larger iron to get the kind of curls I want. I mostly wanted this iron for the shape of the barrel (because I thought it would make curling my hair a little easier) and the iron shape did not disappoint. The iron is especially lightweight.     • Barely gets hot enough to straighten and definitely not to curl!
I have one daughter with thin, fine hair, and one who has thicker, wavier hair like me. Bought this for “thin fine” yet noticed she kept using mine. She said it doesn’t get hot enough and she is right! It says it’s heating up to 410 but there’s no way. My other daughter and I each have a Conair Infiniti Pro that feels much hotter. With this flatiron I could only get my own hair straight passing it over small sections slowly, three times. With my Conair I can use a section 3x the size and pass it over once. And forget about curling. If you want to curl with a flatiron it has to be really hot. This one did nothing (because it doesn’t get hot!).
