PROS: No idea how long it will last but so far it is working. Installed in a side box of a motorcycle. I set the gains and output with an o-scope and sinewave for a clean signal. Fits well in small spaces. If it lives for years, I will be happy. Draws Almost no power at idle with the radio turned down. Does about 40 watts @ 4ohm, 70w @ 2Ohm, 150w bridged. Not near as efficient as I would like 40-50% depending on loads and such. Cons: The biggest issue is the pots used to set the gains and crossovers. (Or maybe it is the electronics inside.) At some points it gets very "notchy", and you can tell it jumps a bunch of frequencies when setting the crossover. It just so happens right where I wanted to set my high pass on the front channel. It is set a little higher than I really wanted but I can live with it. You can't turn off the bass boost that I really don't like or need. EDIT: Unit does get pretty warm after riding for a couple hours at near full tilt. It has not shut down on me yet. Would have to remount it to access the one side of the water ports if I start having overheating issues and wanted to try the water cooling. Have not installed the subwoofer in the bike yet so I have not been able to test that on a long trip. ... show more
