The design of the bracket is working really well. The stake was simple to hammer into very hard soil. I went to use the screws provided and they're short self tapping designed for metal. The threads are not designed for wood. The socket provided for the screws was the wrong size. I ended up using my own wood screws that were twice as long. They came in great condition. They were easy to install. The metal fence braces support my fence posts very well. The hardware was included with the drill bit, the driver and the self drilling screw lags

    • Product Solid. Packaging in delivery not so much.
I regret not taking a picture of this product 1) as received by Amazon, and 2) its packaging within the Amazon box. Significant damage to both the Amazon box and the product’s box, which to me indicated mishandling right from the start. It was obviously known to be damaged packaging at the source, (i.e. the company), since their box was taped up with packing tape in the same fashion as a three year old’s gift wrapping – tape all over the place. As for the product, it is a good product, however, it did not come with any instructions at all. In the end, I would suggest getting this level of fence repair as it works, but not from this particular seller. ... show more

    • Sturdy Design. Be Realistic About Its Uses.
Well-designed, with the welding points well done. The stakes are very sturdy with thick metal. I wanted to use these along with wood I would attach to them to fortify a fence that was leaning significantly. The posts are very strong but the weak point(s) in them won't be the stakes themselves but how much strength they can support with the wood attached to them. The powder coating is applied evenly and covers all the stakes (i.e., no exposed steel). So far, so good. I will have to see how well the powder coating can resist the moisture in the dirt that would cause them to rust out. Even with some rust, these will last a long time because of the gauge of metal used. I would buy another set if needed. Good value overall. ... show more

These are heavy duty fence post stakes. These are great for repair when the old one has rotted out you can hammer this in next to the post and then attach it with the provided screws. A tip to not chip off the paint when hammering them in, put a piece of scrap wood on the metal and hit that instead of the metal, the wood won't chip off the paint but the force will still drive the stake in. ... show more

I needed to fix my wooden fence as it was starting to lean over and I was just going to do something to keep it upright through this winter and than fix it right next summer, I came across these and decided to try them. I really did not expect them to work as well as they do. They are easy to install and they support the fence very well, I might have just found something to save me from having to redo the fence next summer. ... show more
