1st one I received had a bad key. Contacted Amazon, they sent a replacement before I could box up the return. Very cool. When the second safe arrived it was 10/10. Really solid safe. Beautiful interior. Top internal safe is super nifty. I lost everything in a house fire 6 years ago. I had two fire proof safes that were both close to a thousand dollars, not fire resistant to a certain temperature, fire proof. Both melted into unrecognizable clumps in the fire. Don’t put too much thought in these fire proof safes, or lack there of. Just buy a safe that will keep a vagabond from stealing your fun-dip stash. ... show more

    • It still keeps things safer
After a little time with this safe here is how it’s going - There is a rather Loud POP noise when you open the inner smaller door to the safe, I don’t know why it does it but it’s not subtle and can be heard in the other room when opening. Some times you have to wiggle the handle a little or the knob won’t turn. The built in LED light flickers and sometimes doesn’t come on at all, I don’t really use it but it was included In the price of the safe. Some of the material on the walls isn’t holding up to well so I had to super glue the pieces that were separating, there are also screws that are supposed hold the material on the walls that were loose when it first arrived that I tightened. The box itself had a few quarter sized holes in it for some reason, didn’t damage the outside of the safe but wasn’t something a buyer wants to see. ... show more
