Ordered/Received this Electric Water Heater - 2.5 Gallon - 1500 Watt - 110V - Mini Tank - Stainless Steel Tank W/Solid Brass Pressure Relief Safety Valve - for my concession trailer. Have been updating and doing a bit of remodeling my concession food trailer this winter as I've received approval with the city to set up & work (3) different ball fields this year, baseball/softball. When getting permitted, the health inspector advised I needed to have hot water in the unit for cleaning utensils, bowls, plates, & etc., and that it needs to heat to 140 degrees. So I started looking and shopping online for some type of hot water heater to use/install in the trailer. I saw several different sizes from (5) gal up to (10) gallon tanks, but they were just to bulky and difficult to assemble & get hooked up with all the extra wiring, but actually don't have that much space inside. Then I saw this water heater that comes in 2.5 gallon tank size with a "digital read out" and started reading about it. This unit comes complete, already wired with cord & plug right into 110 volt outlet. It's storage tank is made of stainless steel material, and comes already with a pressure relief safety valve. After further reading that it's a "quick recovery design with a (6) minute recovery, has a control knob to turn it up to 149 degrees or a lower setting, and fits under sink area, or on wall mount, I placed my order. This was exactly what I needed. This is one nice unit. Almost like it was "made for me" & my needs for the concession trailer. I knew right out of the box I had made the right choice as the size is about 11"+ x 11"+ and came ready to hook right up. It even came with both hot and cold line hoses to quickly install. It already had a 3ft cord w/plug for 110v outlet. It's a well made unit and it's also UL Approved and that's comforting to me for any safety issues. It's got the control knob right on the front for easy access, and the digital read out is large to easily see under the counter at any given time. There's also been no leaks since day one. This unit will serve me well for my food trailer. It would also work great in a camper, RV, camping, motorhomes, mobile offices to as it works off 110 volt with standard plug, and also work on just a generator. I ordered the white one for a clean look. I thought it was offered at a very fair price considering it's complete, ready to use. Happy with order

This little water heater is a real treat! I have been looking for a good under-counter heater that fits my space and isn't too pricey. This one seems to be what I was looking for, mostly as we are trying to use more electricity and less propane. The equation used to be that propane was more affordable, even over time, but with the cost of solar coming down, electricity in now much more affordable, over time. So, this heater using about 1500 watts and being rapid enough for a guest bathroom most every day of the year, we are as pleased as can be with the value equation this offers. It takes up very little space, it installs easily and it works much better than I imagined at the price-point. With it using 1/2" NPT, we were bale to use a short braided metal hose we had lying around to immediately get this running. It comes with it's own 3/8" to 1/2" hoses for most installations, but we installed it right beside a booster pump that is also threaded at 1/2" NPT. Then we set it up pretty high and used a thermostatic cartridge to prevent it from burning anyone. This allows us to also supply water to a large basin sink in the garage, just on the other side of the wall, and both have good heat. The garage basin has the regular valves so that parts or stained clothes can be washed in the hottest water (we use gloves for this, please be careful) possible. I think this is a good kit and it seems to have come with everything it needs. I hung it from the back wall with the included bracket (see images) and will have my plumber look it over when he comes out this spring for a few projects. If he has any other observations, I will come back here and update this review.

Compact, Efficient & Perfect for RV Use! I ordered this 2.5-gallon electric water heater to install under my RV sink, and it has been a fantastic addition to our camping setup. The installation was very simple and straightforward, even for someone who isn’t overly technical. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and we had no issues with leaks after setup. It heats water quickly and provides more than enough hot water to wash dishes comfortably while we’re camping.
