Easy to get to use and easy to set the temperature. Diagram is goofy though. I had to look at the image to figure out which hose goes to which fitting and pressure relief valve goes to which fitting. The directions are not clear.

Only negative is the instructions were written by someone who does not really understand English, and they are inaccurate, noting two connections when there are actually three. Regardless, it was not hard to figure out what goes where. I did need to spend about $20 at Lowes on adapters as the connectors did not fit my sink. ... show more

Works well. We have a well amd its not near our house, so we needed a 2nd generator to run water. However it was only cold water, so I bought this. It heats up quickly and installation is simple. We now have hot water to wash up and dishes etc when we have no power due to bad weather. Comes in handy for us! ... show more

Works as it should. Pressure relief valve seems quality but leaked around threads with the teflon tape and paste. To get it stop leaking I had to tighten it so tight I was concerned I was going to break something.

Little water heater The size of it is great. Fits underneath my sink which has low clearance due to the garbage disposal. Maybe living in a RV soon and could choose to use this in the RV as well. Also, the back of my house has a bathroom that's a solid 50-ft runaway from the water heater in the house.     • It could have been better
Like another reviewer, I was unable to stop water leaking from the T/P valve, despite copious amounts of teflon tape and pipe joint compound. I initiated a return, and when I was putting the device back in the box I discovered a small washer lying in the bottom of the box. Several of the smaller pieces in the box were just loose when it arrived and I assume this washer just landed on the bottom. It was obviously the size for the T/P valve location, so I installed it and so far, the leak has stopped. Otherwise, the unit seems satisfactory. I would have given more stars if the parts had been packed better and if that washer had been listed among the items that were supposed to be included. I spent a lot of wasted time trying to sort out what could have easily been avoided with better packaging and a complete packing list. ... show more
