This is being used under a stainless steel utility sink in my sugarhouse. It doesn't give a large amount of water at once, obviously, but it heats up very quickly. And I can turn it all the way down or unplug it easily when not in use. It is a game changer!

It was a tight fit, but the heater fit under the sink and provides good hot water very quickly to the faucet. The old wait of 30 - 45 seconds for hot water to reach the faucet is completely eliminated. The tank is large enough to provide hot water for most needs. Well built. No installation instructions, said call a professional to install, no way I am going to call a plumber to install an $100 item, then I would have $200 in a $100 item. I installed, waited 1/2 hour and checked water temp, turned up temperature and it was hot, left it running to see how long the hot water would last about 5 minutes. Bought the unit in April and two nights ago discovered water under the unit. My inspection revealed that the pressure relief valve was leaking. Used the manual and tried to call Tech support by using the number provided to try to get a valve replacement....The number ended up connecting me to a apartment rental unit management company with absolutely no connection to Geesen. Also tried the email address provided but have not so far received any response. Also two weeks after installation one of the water braided hook up lines that were provided developed a pin hole leak and flooded my under sink cabinet. The unit has worked so far in terms of providing hot water but would recommend that you buy decent hook up lines. The relief valve replacement was no problem since Amazon has them in stock for about $10. ... show more
