I purchased this little water heater for my boat, which has a galley, two showers, and two sinks. The product arrived well-packaged and looks nice. All of the components except the overflow fitting were in the box. That part was supposed to be in there. The connection was watertight and heated the water quickly. I was able to take a shower with no issues. My wife used the galley sink at the same time, and this was pushing it, but I realize this is a 2.5-gallon unit. I was impressed at how quickly it can reheat the water. So far, it's great, and my wife loves it! It's possible I may return it for a larger-capacity unit, but for now, we are really happy!

This heater is small and only holds 2.0 gallons. Most others in this price range hold 2.5 gallons

Better than tankless for me, I do not have a dedicated circuit under the sink. You can get hot enough so you do not need to have it turned to hottest setting. It does not trip the breaker for the disposer that I am running it on

Pretty happy with the customer service got to the end of the warranty. And they shipped another one due to the first one leaking under the sink for weeks costing me far more than a number of heaters. Now my faucet head is getting blocked about every 4 or 5 days with debris that's coming from someplace and it wasn't until I got this new tank not sure what to do. Little tiny particles are getting caught in the screen on the multifunction faucet head

Seems like a good water heater. Easy to install but you do need power close. Could be easy to use where hot water isn’t available.

This is a 2 1/2 gallon 110/120v, 1500 watt water heater. At 1500 watts, which is pretty much the limits of a 120/110v circuit, it will heat as quickly as any similar rated water heater. The water heater works well to keep the water continuously hot , the digital readout is nice and easy to read, and the materials the water heater uses seem to be good quality and likely will last. We had no problems with leaks. There is a mount included if you wish to hand it on the cabinet or wall. The water heater is very easy to install, as you simply connect it inline with your sink lines. We brought our existing hot water supply to the "in" side and tied the "out" to our sink in our master bedroom, so that we have immediate hot water, coupled with an endless supply, as by the time the preheated small tank is exhausted, it is being fed with hot water. The price is great but I did remove one star for the following reasons: -the installation instructions/label give misleading electrical requirements, stating 230v instead of 120v, even though it shows how to wire to 120v. -the ad states the relief valves is temperature/pressure, when it is only pressure, therefore, in the U.S., you MUST purchase the correct T&P valve. -the temperature is maxed at 149 degrees, which is scald territory, but most homeowners do not realize there should then be a temperature limiting device to protect people. - I have NO Idea what the clear tube is supposed to do, but certainly it should NOT be used as the pressure valve drain These under-sink water heaters give you instant hot water without the initial and operating expense and wear and tear of a circulating system. They are also handy for shop sinks, sinks far away from the main water heater, anywhere you only need a small supply of hot water and have a standard circuit nearby. The small size also means you're not paying to heat a bunch of water when you just need to quickly wash your hands and/or face.

Ordered/Received this Electric Water Heater - 2.5 Gallon - 1500 Watt - 110V - Mini Tank - Stainless Steel Tank W/Solid Brass Pressure Relief Safety Valve - for my concession trailer. Have been updating and doing a bit of remodeling my concession food trailer this winter as I've received approval with the city to set up & work (3) different ball fields this year, baseball/softball. When getting permitted, the health inspector advised I needed to have hot water in the unit for cleaning utensils, bowls, plates, & etc., and that it needs to heat to 140 degrees. So I started looking and shopping online for some type of hot water heater to use/install in the trailer. I saw several different sizes from (5) gal up to (10) gallon tanks, but they were just to bulky and difficult to assemble & get hooked up with all the extra wiring, but actually don't have that much space inside. Then I saw this water heater that comes in 2.5 gallon tank size with a "digital read out" and started reading about it. This unit comes complete, already wired with cord & plug right into 110 volt outlet. It's storage tank is made of stainless steel material, and comes already with a pressure relief safety valve. After further reading that it's a "quick recovery design with a (6) minute recovery, has a control knob to turn it up to 149 degrees or a lower setting, and fits under sink area, or on wall mount, I placed my order. This was exactly what I needed. This is one nice unit. Almost like it was "made for me" & my needs for the concession trailer. I knew right out of the box I had made the right choice as the size is about 11"+ x 11"+ and came ready to hook right up. It even came with both hot and cold line hoses to quickly install. It already had a 3ft cord w/plug for 110v outlet. It's a well made unit and it's also UL Approved and that's comforting to me for any safety issues. It's got the control knob right on the front for easy access, and the digital read out is large to easily see under the counter at any given time. There's also been no leaks since day one. This unit will serve me well for my food trailer. It would also work great in a camper, RV, camping, motorhomes, mobile offices to as it works off 110 volt with standard plug, and also work on just a generator. I ordered the white one for a clean look. I thought it was offered at a very fair price considering it's complete, ready to use. Happy with order
