The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: The seller contacted me and I was pleased with the outcome. I’ve cleaned up the sticky mess and now it opens and shuts as it should. I will replace photos once I have someone put the safe where I want it. Hopefully my experience was one of a kind or at least rare. I think the size of this safe is perfect for my needs and is well made. ORIGINAL POST: I had such high hopes for this safe - so much for that. It was supposed that be here yesterday but didn’t come until tonight - which was a bit n convenient as I’m disabled and needed help (I had yesterday) to bring it inside. First off, the instructions it comes with are almost impossible to understand. It took me an hour to figure out how to open, using two different keys, after finally finding a video on YouTube. The 4 digit code that came preinstalled does not work at all. When I type it in, it says ERROR on the screen. The 6 digit number works every once in a while. (Shown in video). There’s a 3 digit lock on the small inner safe - but no idea what the code is or how to change it or anything. If I didn’t know better I would think someone pranked me. The right top corner is scratched and the inside left door jam are scratched as well (shown in attached pics). There’s something sticky inside of it. It looks like one of the moisture packs opened and somehow got wet; I gave up trying to get the sticky wet little ball things out. The size is exactly what I was looking for. It’s seems very well put together for the most part as it’s sturdy. The storage capacity seems like it would fit my needs perfectly - but I’m almost afraid to put my items inside it due to the sticky stuff and so much trouble trying to open it. It’s absolutely not worth the money, which saddens me. I live on a fixed income month to month. I’ve thought about returning it, but I have no idea how I could get it to the UPS drop-off store. I feel like I’m pretty much screwed with a very heavy paperweight! 1 star because I can’t go any lower…

I deducted one (1) Star because the product was dented/slightly chipped on the upper right corner, and is quite visible. It was too heavy for me to return. However, it performs well, it’s a good size, it’s beautiful and the price is reasonable. I recommend this product.

well the safe looks nice, plenty of room, however the passcode entry DOES NOT WORK!!! so it really doesn’t matter how it looks if i can’t access it any other way but with TWO keys. very frustrating and the directions are awful! no help video and no customer service. contemplating returning it just a PITA to lug it to the ups store seeing as it’s so heavy. but it will not sit and collect dust and be a waste of money.
