The first thing I noticed when I opened the outer box and saw the inner box was randomly placed packing tape leading me to believe I got someone else's return. The second thing was one of the led light strips on the back was not installed properly(see photos). The third problem is this helmet has absolutely no actual head cushions. It's fabric over Styrofoam. The fourth problem is the front module doesn't stay up. It slams shut while trying to put the helmet on. Extremely poor quality design and quality control. I ordered a large helmet, my head measured right smack in the middle of medium and large. After reading the reviews and ordering the large helmet, I sent an e-mail to the seller asking for them to change the size to medium. No problem, they did it. I received the helmet and it fits snug, as a new helmet should. The helmet functions great, with one minor exception, one of the to vents seems to be stuck closed, but I'm sure I just need to work it a bit, I'd rather gave it tight than loose. My daughter is going to take a riding class, for this price, I'm going to order another one instead of having her use one of the loaners. ... show more

This was a great value, however I was a little disappointed that it was not a traditional strap clip. I was counting on a traditional straw clip as my Honda Super Cub has a helmet latch that the seat locks in place, however the tongue style strap connector will not fit in it. So I can’t leave the helmet locked with the bike. I also worry since the clip is plastic, but it seems fine and the helmet itself works well. ... show more
