Made myself an old girl scout box oven for baking when we went camping. This tape worked well to adhere the aluminum foil to the cardboard box. I used charcoal and baked lasagna for 2 hours (high altitude cooking takes longer!) and the foil tape stayed in perfect condition and continued to adhere to the foil. It took some effort to put the box oven together, and I'm glad that it held up so well that I will be able to re-use it again and again.

Tape is thin, but strong and sticky. Trick to removing the paper is to stretch it sideways at the end - the tape stretches slightly, the paper tears - that gives you a place to peel the paper. Otherwise, it's nearly impossible. It is difficult to keep unfurled since it's so thin. But it works.
